Northern Quest Casino: Airway Heights, WA
Power City has been an active partner with the Kalispel Tribe for over a decade as they've built and expanded the Northern Quest Casino project in Airway Heights, just outside of Spokane. The main casino is a 210,000 square foot gaming, dining, and entertainment center. Other projects have included a 6-story, 1,400 vehicle parking garage, casino expansion, spa and remodels to several restaurant spaces throughout the property.

Parkside Towers: Coeur D'Alene, ID
At 19 stories, the Parkside Tower Condominium project was the tallest structure built in Coeur d'Alene in more than 25 years. Home to multi-million dollar private condos and mixed-use commercial space on the street level, this project is another jewel greeting vacationers and residents alike in beautiful Coeur d'Alene, ID.

St Alphonsus Medical Center: Boise, ID
As the largest hospital for a 300 mile radius in Southern Idaho, St Alphonsus turned to Power City for construction of their new 10-story hospital wing due to our vast experience in hospital construction and remodels over the last several decades. This 450,000 square foot job peaked out with 50 electricians. Challenges included craning two 1,250 kw generators 11 stories up and placing them precisely back down an 11 story tall mechanical shaft and rolling into place, plus all the "typical" complex systems required by a modern medical facility.

McCarthey Athletic Center, Gonzaga U: Spokane, WA
After rising to national prominence as an NCAA basketball powerhouse, Gonzaga University invested $28 million into this new 6,000 seat sports arena. Power City's team coordinated no-shadow lighting installation with national manufacturers to meet ESPN/NCAA sports lighting requirements and did all of the electrical work on the project.

Chiawana High School: Pasco, WA
At the time it was built, the new Chiawana High School was the largest public high school in the state of Washington. Like all school projects, this one had an extremely rigid schedule and completion date and Power City's team contributed greatly to meeting that schedule.

Sacred Heart Medical Center Expansion: Spokane, WA
Our most recent large project for Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center was the addition of the brand new 7-story West Wing. This facility houses 24 new operating rooms, women's outpatient services, and new units for Birthing and Neonatal ICU.

Microsoft's Columbia Data Center: Quincy, WA
This 470,000 square foot data center required peak manpower of 120 electricians. Due to the fast-track schedule, the crews worked 60 hour work weeks. In addition to the project's large scope, other challenges included tremendous coordination efforts amongst the construction trades, installation of one of the country's largest battery backup power supplies and personnel recruitment and management in one of Washington's lesser populated counties.
