High Voltage River Crossing: Pend Oreille River, WA
In order to bring primary power to the Kalispel Tribe's new Wellness Center in Usk, WA, Power City first had to figure out how to safely get across 2,000 feet of moving river. With careful planning and coordination, we devised and executed a plan that accomplished this without a hitch.

Franklin County Courthouse Remodel: Pasco, WA
Originally built in 1912, this building had fallen into disrepair due to deferred maintenance. The 27,000 square foot building required a complete refurbishing, while protecting its status on the National Register of Historic Places and carefully working around the original windows, marble interior, plaster walls and ornate woodwork.

Egg Shaped Digester: Spokane, WA
As part of the modernization of the City of Spokane's waste water treatment plant, Power City handled the electrical work on both of the 2.8 million gallon digesters. The facility included biosolids process mixing systems, recirculation and heating systems, transfer systems, digester gas and foam collection systems and a stormwater and process overflow pump station plus extensive instrumentation.

Power City has worked in hydroelectric dams throughout the West. Our project resume includes installing hydro generators, replacing spillway gates and power controls, distribution panels, UPS systems, security systems, lighting upgrades and power monitoring systems.

Kaiser Aluminum: Spokane Valley, WA
Due to the competitive nature of the aluminum processing industry, we are unable to expand into detail regarding the multitude of projects Power City has performed for Kaiser Aluminum. Our industrial experience with them includes all phases of metal casting, re-heating, rolling, stretching, heat-treating, sawing, testing and overall plant modernization.

Fox Theatre Historic Remodel: Spokane, WA
Historic remodels can be scary projects when it seems like the spotlight of an entire community is on the team restoring a much loved building to its former glory. The remodel of what is now known as the Martin Woldson Theater brought back the glamour and sophistication of the building's 1931 art-deco style. The theater now hosts the Spokane Symphony as well as frequent concerts, cultural events and weddings.

Solar Powered Parking Lot Lights: Spokane, WA
Based on our years of photovoltaic experience, Power City Electric was chosen by the City of Spokane to help design and build parking lot lighting that was 100% "off grid." This project was the first in the Northwest to make use of LED lighting, photovoltaic panels and high efficiency batteries and is capable of "keeping the lights on" through the long Spokane winters without drawing any outside power.
